Valhalla Exterminating is a family owned pest control company serving the Quad City area.

We take this work seriously because we know what it means to have someone in your home. You want to know who you’re letting through the door and feel comfortable that they know what they’re doing.

Pest control isn’t one size fits all. We take the time to look at what’s actually happening and figure out what makes sense for your home or business. Sometimes that means doing a little more investigating before we have an answer, and sometimes the answer is surprisingly simple. If you don’t need something, we’ll tell you.

That’s really what honesty before profit means to us. We want to do good work for people who trust us, without contracts or making things more complicated than they need to be.

At the end of the day, it’s your home or business, and we treat it like it matters because it does.

Meet the Vikings!

Patrick Zetovic

Patrick grew up in the picturesque region of Lower Bavaria, raised in the shadow of the Alps among rolling green hills dotted with happy cows. He dreamt of moving to America from the time he was young, and in 2004, the winds of fate obliged. He got into pest control a short while later, and wound up in the high deserts of Arizona.

As owner of Valhalla Exterminating, Patrick brings years of pest control experience to the battlefield. Long before Valhalla existed, he was already working in the industry, running routes, managing technicians, and learning the kind of things you only learn after enough time crawling through attics, inspecting termite damage, and figuring out how something got into a house in the first place.

Along with all that experience, he brings a practical approach and just the right amount of stereotypical German efficiency to the job. And if you can do something yourself for cheaper, he’ll tell you that too.

When he isn’t working (which isn’t often), Patrick enjoys gardening, gaming, and his real passion, cooking for his friends and family. Even the family dog gets her own home-cooked meals.

Callie Zetovic

Born and raised in Arizona, Callie grew up on some of the state’s most beautiful ranches, with plenty of room to run a little wild. Much of her childhood was spent outdoors, roaming the ranch, getting beaten up by her older brothers, “helping” her dad, and generally running amok. That adventurous streak stuck around, eventually taking her from the Grand Canyon to living abroad in Thailand and the Dominican Republic. But Arizona was always home, and eventually she found her way back.

After a pretty unusual collection of jobs and experiences, Callie unexpectedly found herself in pest control. What certainly wasn’t part of the original plan turned into a career she genuinely loves.

As owner of Valhalla Exterminating and Keeper of the Realm, she handles much of what keeps Valhalla running behind the scenes, but she’s also a licensed technician who works in the field. She particularly enjoys the problem solving, the science behind the work, getting to be outside, and never quite knowing what the day is going to bring.

When she isn’t working, Callie is usually with her family, building miniatures, outside doing something, or attempting to work off Patrick’s cooking.

Owner/Operator/Keeper of the Realm

Jesse is the newest addition to the Valhalla ranks and a licensed pest control technician. He brings a friendly, easygoing approach to the job and the kind of customer service that made us pretty damn sure he was going to fit in around here.

Whether he’s treating a routine service or tracking down a problem that needs a little more investigating, Jesse is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about taking good care of his customers. He’s quickly become a valued part of the Valhalla crew, and we’re very glad to have the reinforcements.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys being outdoors and has a particular fondness for Jeeps and motorcycles.

Field Technician / Pestbane

Jesse Archer

Scout joined the Valhalla ranks with no pest control experience, no license, and very little interest in acquiring either. She’s a mixed mutt who spends most of her days happily lounging around until, without warning, she decides it’s time for a brief period of absolute chaos.

Her list of accomplishments includes tearing her ACL badly enough to require surgery and, on two completely separate occasions, being tripped over by children who both somehow ended up with broken wrists. She would like it noted that neither incident was her fault (an internal HR and legal investigation remains inconclusive).

Despite contributing almost nothing to the actual operation of Valhalla, Scout’s position as Hound of Valhalla is secure. She’s spoiled beyond reason, receives home cooked meals courtesy of Patrick, and remains very confident that she is an essential part of the team.
